yes, thanks to pinterest, i baked my egg in an avocado to start my day today! its super easy to do. all you do is cut the avocado in half and spoon out a hole in the cut side. break the egg open and pour into hole. add anything that sounds yummy! i added in goat cheese, rose-mary, salt, and seasoning. place in pre-heated oven for about 25 minutes at 475 degrees.
