coconut macaroons

coconut macaroons!:

>preheat oven at 350

>stir 1/3 cup of sugar & 1 egg white together in a bowl

>add in 1 cup of shredded coconut, dash of salt, and dash of vanilla extract into bowl

>mix all together then with a spoon take a little bit of the mix and place on tray

>cook in oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges of macaroons get a little brown

>take out of oven and let them sit for about 15 minutes so the insides can harden and cook a little longer

>consume!

these are some of the easiest and simply yummiest little treats to make! i’ve been able to bring them as last minute party treats and i’ve gotten many compliment on them (thanks to my WOMAN martha stewart!). a couple times, i drizzled nutella on top too, and that just made it ALL the better! someone…will be getting these macaroons and little pink box in the mail pretty soon……….HEHEHEEEEE.
