Doodle Mugs DIY

June 23, 2011

my totes awesome friend, Kelsey, shared a fun idea with me about personalizing coffee mugs and I loved the idea! a few days later, I  completely accidentally came across the same DIY on creature comforts! yay for  craftiness! so Kelsey and I made an exotic trip to the world market and got these fun plain white mugs to doodle on…(we also got african chocolate and other interesting treats!)

to make your drawings permanent, you have to use porcelaine pens…or markers. when your done you have to wait 24 hours then put them in the oven at 300 degrees farenheit for 35 minutes…these are the ones I made!!once you have them baked…I am telling you right now, that you must have a tea party!everybody loves a good tea party.

What a fun idea! Where do you buy porcelaine pens? At a craft store like Michaels?
